An in house quality control manual rigorously polices product control. This procedure ensures that the component is monitored in preference to the paperwork. We use an integrated system of computerised order and quality database. This ensures that every order generated details the quality requirements before and during production. Full traceability is therefore maintained and certificate of conformities are issued F.O.C if required. Using fully calibrated measuring equipment all tools and final products are quality maintained to the highest standards. We also offer a unique individual service where gauges are commissioned by ourselves for specific jobs, thus tailoring the measuring equipment to the final product and ensuring 100% compliance.
