KP Plastics has its own fully equipt toolroom on site. Consequently all tools can be manufactured and maintained by ourselves with ease. This benefit is passed onto our customers as tooling costs can be kept to a minimum and all standard maintenance tool work is carried out free of charge. We can also provide a prototype tool making service. This can enable a customer to have a finished plastic injection moulded product without the full expense of a multi cavity tool (depending on the size of the tool required).
